We went as a group and had an amazing time!
We loved the challenges and games and the host who looked after us, Homer, really brought the game to life with his zeal and positive attitude.
Would thoroughly recommend this as an activity to do with family or friends.
We have already booked our next visit as we enjoyed it so much

My husband and I were given this as a Christmas present and had no idea what to expect, but it was the best hour EVER! The people who were meant to be in our timeslot didn’t turn up, so we got to play about 8 games each and had so much fun. Our maze master Bronwyn was so friendly and encouraging, she really made the whole experience for us!

Hey i went here for my mates birthday it was Really good experience but the maze master penny made it even better she never broke out of character and she was funny as hell she definitely needs a pay rise

Had an amazing time. Read reviews on here so had high expectations - the whole thing from start to finish smashed all expectations. Totally captures the TV show. Good level of challenge and the time limits and our host Professor, maintained a brilliant level of frantic jeopardy with loads of humour making for a fully immersive experience. Professor was so so good and considering we were probably the last group of the day he kept energy levels massively high and he got everyone 100% engaged and made it huge fun. It would be too easy to underestimate the role he played - it totally made the experience - Thank you!

Outstanding recreation of the Crystal Maze as a live immersive experience. We were a group of four, it is designed for groups of eight so we merged with another group of four but they were really good and friendly so it all worked out really well. With eight people it works out as two games each across the four different areas. Obviously you don't get Richard O'Brien (my era) or one of his successors as Maze Master but Bronwyn was an excellent and entertaining substitute. Tiny niggle with the sign in process it invites adults and minors to sign in separately but if you are an adult with a minor sign them (and yourself) in first otherwise you'll end up doing it twice.

Reliving my childhood dreams by playing The Crystal Maze was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I stepped inside, it felt like I had been transported straight into the iconic game show I grew up watching. The set design, the challenges, and the overall atmosphere were spot on, making the entire experience feel both nostalgic and exhilarating.
Each zone was brilliantly crafted, with a fantastic mix of mental, skill, physical, and mystery challenges that kept us on our toes. The thrill of racing against the clock to grab those crystals was just as intense as I imagined it would be as a kid! And of course, the grand finale—the Crystal Dome—was every bit as chaotic and exciting as I had hoped.
A special shoutout to our Maze Master, Genie, who truly stole the show! His energy, humor, and immersive hosting skills made the adventure even more memorable. He kept us engaged, entertained, and fully immersed in the world of The Crystal Maze from start to finish.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that brought my childhood dreams to life. Whether you're a lifelong fan of the show or just looking for a unique and exciting challenge, The Crystal Maze is an absolute must-try. I had an awesome time and would do it all over again in a heartbeat

An absolute must for fans of The Crystal Maze and anyone who loves immersive challenges! The games are cleverly designed, the set is detailed, and our Maze Master Genie Yaas brought fantastic energy and humor. Racing through the four zones and tackling physical, mental, and skill-based games was fun —and yes, the Crystal Dome finale is just as thrilling as on TV! Totally worth for a unique, hilarious, and fast-paced adventure. Highly recommended!

My partner and I had a really enjoyable time here last week! No one else had booked our slot, so it was just the two of us. We were able to play loads of games. Some games were quite easy, but still enjoyable. Poochi was great! Her energy and enthusiasm really made the experience.

The layout and design of each zone and challenge brought me straight back to memories of watching the show as a kid.
Jacob was an absolutely Brilliant guide. He had the right amount of Craziness and was as close to Richard Obrien (with hair) as we could wish for!
He had us in stitches the entire time!

Brilliant experience, me and my girlfriend went for valentines day and the group was only us two so it was very very fun. Shout out to our maze masters Graham Gravy and Dorothy who were so funny and made the whole experience unforgettable. Definitely recommend!

We went as a pair and managed to go round just as a 2 which was great! (I think usually you're put into a larger group)

This is BRILLIANT. Totally immersive, fun games, and every member of staff we interacted with was helpful & engaging. Special mention of course to Dorothy our host - she was outstanding from start to finish & matched our group's tone immediately. Advice to anyone reading this - go & lean into it! It's silly and fun but those games are tougher and more stressful than you think.

As a team activity, we did this on 7th feb and Ginger was our maze master. The experience was absolutely awesome with the different rooms and tasks based on skill, mental or physical. The experience was elevated to a phenomenal experience by Ginger with their witty sense of humour, energy, engaging with us as a group and all round amazing maze master!! Big up Ginger, they were the best!!
